Second Monitor Not being Detected?

So I have 1 Monitor plugged in to my 6950 twin frozr III 2gb, and its using a dvi-vga adapter, now i have acquired a second monitor and again im using another dvi to vga adapter to hook it to my computer except windows 7 will not auto detect or detect thru screen resolution either.

Any way to get the second monitor to be detected ive also tried re-installing the drivers but no luck.

Problem solved close topic the bottom dvi port on the 6950 is a single dvi which can only use dvi adapters compared to the top which is a dual dvi which can use both dvi and dvi to vga.
