Quick revision assistance

I do need some guidance on a motherboard selection. This is what I had in mind. I want the Z68 chipset because I will be utilizing SRT (SSD caching). I plan on dabbling in overclocking in the near future so that is something to keep in mind. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good motherboard? I do not want to spend more than $190 for the board.

The asrock should do the trick for a great price. the Gigabyte z68xp-ud3p comes with 4 sata 6g's at $185 , but it seems like they're going through a bad batch right now.

Also consider Z77 motherboards .

I didnt really find much explaining the features of the Z77 chipset, I'm assuming it has most of what the Z68 chipset has plus support for Ivy Bridge? correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, are there any suggestions for changes to the rest of the build? Upgrades, downgrades, anything
