More about hows build
  1. you can use a 550W psu:
    XFX Core Edition PRO550W $74.99
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013
    $64.99 after mail-in rebate card
  2. i have a case, and some hard drives ill use for now, just want to find something to get started with (again) ty for psu
  3. If you can afford it I would stick with your PSU. That Seasonic is built better then any of the suggested. that 620 will give you headroom for future updates as well. If you want a cheaper one stick with Seasonic, Corsair, SOME antecs.
  4. You could use this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371034 .

Tom's Hardware used it in their build with a 3.8GHz Phenom and a 6870 a while back. You could also get the 650w version which is on sale for $20 off. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371044
