Trying to Upgrade CPU in a Dell XPS 410

I have a Dell XPS 410 that has a Core 2 Duo 1.86GHz processor. I purchased an E7500 2.93GHz processor thinking that since the FSB is the same, the new chip should work. Well I installed the E7500 and now when I apply power to the system, the fan runs fast and all the blue lights on the front of case stay on. Nothing comes up on my display. Is there anyway I can make this work?
