BIOSTAR TZ68K+ LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
$109

vs

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
$149

In an attempt to cut my budget computer a little more, would the Biostar board really cause any issues over using the ASrock?

with I5-2400, and 6870, (for gameing/3D modeling)

P67 = OC capable, no access to integrated graphics (on chip), discrete gpu required

Z68 = OC capable, integrated graphics capable (on chip), discrete gpu not required

I say go with the z68.
