Set mouse to scroll

Hi, i have an Lx7 optical wireless mouse and the zoom magnifier keeps coming up on page , iwant to stop that and set scroll button to press and auto scroll, can someone tell me how to make the changes please as i am not wanting to press anything as i do seem to press the wrong things. Help. Thanks

Make sure SETPOINT is installed and just use the settings in there...
