Just want to know if there is a upgrade out there for gaming.

You mean Intel 4500MHD for laptop? I don't think so, laptops that has such graphic cards usually don't allow owners to add some additional graphics card. Which can lets an additional External graphics card to be working with your laptop. But there is two problems: You need new monitor and it's going to cost you a lot. Maybe up to $500, so you may sell your laptop and get a new better one which maybe cost like $800.
