Need help with first Build (500$ Budget)

Im just gonna be playing Runescape on this computer, it needs to 500$(after rebates & shipping..)

I also need a Windows 7 Home Premium OS ...OEM is fine!

I dont want a higher graphics card then a 6670 Radeon (For the time being)

Preferably i would like to buy the parts from Tiger Direct and Newegg

Items Not needed: Mouse, Speakers, keyboard, Monitor..
