The benafits of two gtx 560 ti s over one

Hello,
hi can you help i have a i5 2500k a msi twin forza gtx 560ti with 16 gb corsir ram and my psu is an ocz stealth x stream 2 80 plus i play mfsx alot will an upgrade to an i7 2600k and gtx 560 ti,s in sli be a good upgrade it plays good now but i want to know if the graphics will be better and also the performance thanks

Well.. how many watts is your PSU? Also, the performance will be twice as good, but usually, SLI and Crossfired cards are used for multi-monitor displays. What resolution are you on, and how many monitors? By the way, make sure your motherboard supports SLI.

SLI and Crossfire are NOT compactable with all games, like World of Warcraft or Dead Rising 2 and many others. So I recommened not buying one unless you feel the need, sure you get double the performance but not all games support it and get really bad FPS until you disable it.

Double the performance isn't right its about a 50-80% increase. If you have everything to support it I would get only a second 560Ti and not bother with the i7 because it won't help in gaming. Maybe just overclock the current CPU.
