Hello,
ive always have been big on video games but with in the last year I really started to get into PC gaming so this is my first build. This is really my first desktop i've ever owned as well. Not really sure if you can even consider it a "build" since i am paying iBuyPower to build it. My budget is 5grand and this is what I came up with. So according to iBuyPower's website everything i have done is compatible. The only things i am worried about was the power supply because it recommended 1k watts and i didn't know if I should go for a little more than the minimum. Other than that is there anything that i have on the build that is a waste or will this thing be a higher end machine? ---> http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/Gamer_Paladin_F950/w/113219

Please get the 3930K. It's very similar to the 3960X in gaming, and it costs $400 less. Turn off the factory overclock, as you can just change the multiplier yourself and save $50. It's incredibly easy. PowerDrive is a scam.

A good 750W PSU is plenty for two 680s. Trust me; I'm the Doctor.

The Corsair 750W is the same price as the awful 1000W model you have selected.

Don't waste your money on SSD RAID 0. Your money would be better spent going to a single 256gb drive, or even a 512 if you have this much money to burn.

Don't get a sound card. As far as I know, you won't be able to hear the difference.

Get Windows 7 Home and save $30, unless Pro has some feature you really need. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/products/compare

Is there any reason in particular you're dropping $100 on a webcam? You can get them for far less.
