Athlon II 631 vs Athlon II 641

Hello i found the strangest situation , ever...

Here is FM1 ATH II x4 631
core speed 2.6ghz
all othes spec are the same as 641
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Athlon+II+X4+631+Quad-Core

and here is FM1 ATH II x4 641
core speed 2.8ghz
http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+Athlon+II+X4+641+Quad-Core


and the problem is that 641 is slower than 631....
why?? i done some tests with other programs, results are same... athlon 631 faster...

but 641 cpu have faster core speed!! all other spec are same....
look at other results...


Here is some same family processors and benchmark points:

AMD Athlon II X4 631 Quad-Core : 4214
AMD Athlon II X4 641 Quad-Core : 3592
AMD Athlon II X4 651 Quad-Core : 4716


so why the 641 is slowest???
mabie you know the answer?? i just dont get it...

Well it just isnt slower.Passmark is just a terrible benchmark which you should trust at all.
Athlon 651 > Athlon 641 > Athlon 631

I just think, why all the people wo have same cpu are geting almost same results... it is just very strange...
why my processor model in passmark says sh*ts...
what you recomend for benchmarking?

yes passmark is most terrible benchmark program ever.... beter use 3dmark
