Restarts Problem

Hallo there! im having a problem with my pc and i just found your site and i see u are doing a very good job with people problems here so id like to ask u something.....

i bought a new pc some months before, at start was everything good but 1 or 2 months ago starting to restart it self for no reason.....ive tried everything.....
overheating, checked.
ram checked (from windows program).
i ran some program named intel burn test, past it with success.

Sorry, if the topic is at wrong section but i couldnt find where exacly to make it..... hope i made the right choice! ;)  ;)

Has it restarted on you while you were using it? If so, did any window popup just before is shutdown?

Also, what are the computer's specifications/model number?

It restarted many times when i was playing games but some times i was doing nothing just browsing....it doesnt pop up any window, just restarts! i thing the specifications of the pc are at the first link, now what exacly do you mean with "model number" ?

he/she means like say you go to a website selling something it may have the model number in the name or you could look it up on the internet (your pc ) and see what model number it is.



(if i understand him/her correctly)

my pc has been made part by part, it doesnt have a trademark or something..... still cannot understand the "model" :(
