Budget is $600 and I want this for Battlefield 3 and other stuff

You'll be disappointed with the 550Ti. Probably BF3 on medium.

Get an i3(cheaper and better performing)
Get an Antec/Seasonic/Corsair/XFX PSU.

I suggest getting a 6850 which is MUCH better.
