No it will not. That board is a H55 board and is LGA 1156 (First gen Core CPU's) and the 2600K is LGA 1155 (a Second gen Core CPU).
You need a 6 or 7 series board for the 2600K (like a P67, Z68, or Z77, for example).
A Sandy Bridge Pentium G or Sandy Bridge i3 is a great low cost option (although still LGA 1155 and not compatible with the board you mentioned).
