Why are my game graphics not working

Hello,
I have been playing a not so graphic intensive game for some time and when I recently tried to play lots of the graphics distorted and created massive triangles across the screen. I was playing the game fine before with no problems, what could be the cause of this problem and how could I counter act it?

Maybe it's failing, you probably has to fix it or replace it. Try this:
1. Before replacing, please provide me your full system configuration
2. Update drivers
