Price my PC?

Last response: in Systems

I'm selling my old PC for some extra cash (which I'll use along with some extra money I have now) to build a new one.

I'm running an AMD Phenom ii x2 @3.5ghz (OC, air-cooled) on a cheap Biostar n68s3b mobo.
It's running 4gb ram ddr3, a 500 gb hard drive, a DVD-RW Drive.
Video card is an nVidia GTX 550Ti (1gb), pretty powerful for it's price.

It's all tucked inside a black Diablotek case, powered by a Corsair C430 PSU.

I'm not sure how much I should sell this for, but I'm hoping more than 300. Help me out, what do you guys think?

More about : price

Thanks for the quick reply. That sounds decent to me, considering I only paid a little more than that when I bought it a few years ago. Would the fact that Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit is installed on it boost the price any? Thanks again.

Please wipe the HDD and include the Windows disc. Don't give it to somebody preinstalled.
Yes, that will certainly boost the price.

Why would you not pre-install? Just curious.

Never know if they want to install another OS on it. Also wipe down the HDD just for privacy and security purposes.

Definitely charge extra for the windows, its likely the single most expensive thing in the build. But would just keep it on the side as an option. Don't pre-install it unless they want to buy it from you.

NEVER sell a used hard drive if you ever had something on it that you didnt want someone else to see. you might erase it but under the right hands its still there.

300 dollars.
