Need a Better CPU Cooler for SG05 Mini ITX *HELP!!*

CPU is an i5-2320

My cooler is fine noise wise at around 2000rpm but when under load it goes up to 3000rpm and sonds like a jet taking off. Not only that, it idles around 50c and under load 65c. When video encoding it will push to 75c.

I reeeeeally need a replacement heatsink/fan, but my mini ITX Silverstone SG-05 is small and doesn't have room for anything big. My CPU slot is quite close to my PCI slot and I have a full sized GPU card in the PCI slot (Sapphire 6850) so there's not much room with my current cooler. There's about 4mm space between my current Akasa cooler and the back of my 6850 :L
Height isn't as big of an issue there's a fair bit of height for the cooler.

Can someone PLEASE recommend a good cooler for me?

I did look at that but couldn't find a professional or user review anywhere. Could be worse than the stock cooler for all we know.

Considering you have a processor which cannot be overclocked I'm surprised you need additional cooling beyond the stock cooler and the the SG05 front fan (you are running it aren't you?).
