Some democrat guy that wants to be president. Well thats one way to put it.

But I fear that the bush fire will reign for another few years. The dark side will not let go so easily.

So you heard it too? I didn't hear the whole thing in context so I don't have much to say other than it reminded me of that scene in Dumb and Dumber:

"You wanna hear the most annoying sound in the whole world?"

I just saw that bit on TV and thought it was rather amusing. Even if it may have been grossly out of context. ;-)

All he had to do was say

"AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE. COZ HOWARD DEAN SAID SO!"

and guzzle down a beer.

Sounds like he has a good chance to become President.
[2nd stupid question]When Howard Dean speaks does he sound like an idiot?[/2nd stupid question]

He sounds pretty intelligent. Angry, but intelligent. This time he just got a little carried away with excitement. Well, from what I saw anyway. It was funny none the less. Only cos the words were coming in that manner from a president hopeful.

Still a step up from bush from what I've seen so far. A few stair cases up actually.

I like politicians who let their emotions show through. It makes their appearance look more honest.

Thing I saw, was the Dem.'s have absolutely no ammunition to fire, this time around, IMO

Dazzle them with Brilliance, or Baffle them with BS!

Dean is worse. He's so far left that he makes Bush look like a true moderate.

You won't be voting here anyways, but you definitely don't want Dean as our president.

Ya I don't like Dean that much. I'd still vote for him over Bush, but I'd rather have one of the other candidates win the nomination. Kerry and Edwards are both better candidates in my opinion.

It was the knowledge of the figure four leg lock that gave you away, PF. Now get logged back into your account and stop goofing off.

Well look at it this way...if Bush does win again, after that term he can't ever be elected to another post as long as he lives.

If an argument can't be settled in one or two paragraphs, perhaps you're anal and should just let it go...

Reply to Grub

He can't be president for 3rd term, but is there anything that says he can't be governor or senator etc?

That won't be a problem, none of the back seat drivers he needs are as interested with senetors as they are with presidents. Especially senetors that cannot become presidents again.
