Error: "Default Mail Client Not Properly Installed, when i am trying to send e-mail from any site. I run windows 7 with internet explorer

Windows 7 doesn't come with a mail client. You have to download Windows Live Essentials via Windows Update. That will install Windows Mail.

Or, you can download Mozilla Thunderbird, but I'd say the main problem is you don't have an email client installed. At least, that's my first thought since I don't have any other information to go by.

Yep, sounds like you haven't installed an e-mail client.
