Okay so i am almost ready to buy but i cannot quite decide between two builds

Uses: gaming,live video streaming, web browsing
Parts not needed: HDD, Monitor, Mouse and keyboard

Please dont suggest any changes just tell me which build is better

the prices are about the same so don't use that as a leverage point id like to be able to run BF3 on high to ultra settings whch build will give me the best performace?

i5 build would be better, because games dont use more than 6 cores, and you could probably overclock to 4.5ghz with that cooler.
