Hello,
I'M PLANNING TO REPLACE MY PSU FROM 450W TO 700W. ARE THERE GOOD FOR MY MOBO OR SYSTEM ?

you have it backwards, you buy the PSU based on your motherboard, CPU and graphics card not the other way around.

so what CPU do you have? what graphics card(s) do you have?
then after finding what motherboard you will get based on that is when you decide on the PSU.
and 700 watts is too much unless you are overclocking with a SLI or crossfire configuration.

If your system is currently running fine on 450watt then 700watt is an overkill and most likely waste of money.
