Hello,
I bought a new desktop last month, but 'm continuing with my old graphic card, which is ATI sapphire HD 4350. Eventhough 'm having 2nd Generation core i3, i cant run GTA IV smoothly, and often getting error RESC 10 and the game get closed. please anybody suggest me a graphic card, which can run GTA IV smoothly, without lag in high settings.my system configuration is

Intel Core i3 2100 3.1GHz

8 GB DDR3 Transcend 1033 Mhz (2x4 GB DDR3)

ATI sapphire HD 4350 1 GB DDR2

22'' BenQ G2222HDL

and 'm running budget too. I have some plans to try any of these cards

2 GB AMD HD5450 DDR5

1 GB AMD HD6570 DDR5

1 GB AMD HD5570 DDR5

1 GB nVIDIA GT440 DDR3

please tell me a suggestion. I'm in big confusion.

How much exactly are you willing to spend on the card?

I would recommend this...

http://www.google.com/products/catalog?hl=en&rlz=1C2CHF...

If you want to get into modern PC gaming, I would say that GPU is the bare minimum. It is a really good mid-range card.

Let me also point out that GTA4 is very, very, very, VERY CPU intensive. I have an i5 2500k @ 4.20GHz and can just barely max it out, despite the fact my GPUs are beast. GTA4 will gobble up every CPU resource you have and beg for more.

I would also invest in a good CPU cooler and try to do a little overclocking if you think to tackle GTA4 - which is terribly optimized, I might add.

The card Pcgamer linked for you would be your best choice then.

You can also check the Classified and deals section of the forum, you may find a better card used for about 100$ if you are lucky and don't mind a used card.

It's true, it's pretty low end, the 6770 is the minimum you can use really, and should perform slightly better than a console on that card.

And one more thing... is GT 440 far better than 6570? can you show any benchmark comparison results between them?
