i want to know weather the p4 systems will support the graphic card for 3d games with 40GB HD and 1GB RAM.

If it has an AGP slot (The Mobo) then yes, even a PCIe slot might be found on the board for all you know. Then the answer is yes. But...... you're going to have a rig struggling away at the 3D gaming part.
you have left a lot of details unmentioned.
What CPU Model? What Mobo? What amount of RAM? What OS?
And what PSU?
