Yes, with a legitimate purchased activation key. Research indicates that there is something in the BIOS that is not complient with WGA activation. I've always found their tech support to be very helpful, and they are the ones who should know what your problem is. StratmanPA55 January 15, 2010 8:36:09 PM I have not contacted Dell, however the D600 is apparently not supported for Windows 7 as there are only drivers for XP and the last BIOS version is from 2005 on the Dell support URL.
