Help with blueray home theater build for 300?

i have a pc with a amd athlon quadcore so ill use that cpu and the hdd from this pc but i need new ram a vid card motherboard psu and case and blueray dvd drive for 300$ the pc is going to be used just for blueray movies and internet surfing

the motherboard my current pc im on now that i want to convert already has 4gb of 1333 mem ddr3 a 1tb hdd and the motherboard has 1 16x pci slot so i just need a good psu the blueray drive case and videocard , the case is because its a micro atx acer i got at walmart and its way to small to fit anything in
