My opinion is to downgrade the CPU to a 2500k with an AsRock Ex3 Gen3, get a 1tb Sata II, and re-budget the savings towards a 7850 or a 7870 and a SSD for the OS. If that doesn't all fit in budget wise, then downgrade the cpu further to a i3-2100/2120

Im building it on cyberpower and the pc im building off of gets free same day shipping so the options are kind of limited, so i cant downgrade the CPU at all, and is the 7850 much better than the 56?

For 2GBDDR5, not noticeably. If the cost increase isn't much (like 40 bucks), then get the 7850. If you locked in by the deal, and its cheaper, then take the 560.

Looks better than the first one. That 580 will perform significantly better compared to the 560.
