Lan has disappeared

hi
i noticed this morn that my LAN has disapperaed from my networks. just leaving my tplink wireless adapter, but have a network card in pc, but it has disappeared from device manager as well, but when plug in the modem it lights out, but still nothing, still nothing in device manager, using win 7 32bit
actually i have 2, an on board one as well, but both missing

Try booting in safe mode and see if their still there.

Also try reinstalling the drivers
(i.e. boot in safe mode and remove them it in device manager then reinstall)

found one, the onboard one was disbaled in bios, but other is still missing, even pulled it out and tried another slot but nothing, but yet lights up when connect ethernet cable

i sorted it, was messing around in bios and lan boot was disabled, i enabled, then had to pull card to find a product code as didnt knoiw what it was, it was a rtl8139d took me a while to find right driver, tried loads till found right one, now all working like a dream
