Need a system for around $400

Hey I realize there are quite a few of these posts but I thought I would give it a go anyway.

So here is what I need...

A gaming desktop for around $400.

No need for: OS, keyboard, monitor, mouse, or speakers.

In terms of the games I want to be able to run...

-Starcraft2 (not looking for highest quality or anything)

-Dota2

-TF2

You get the picture. I'm not planing on playing BF3 or anything like that.

Now I have never built my own PC but it has been something I have wanted to do for a while.
Of course I am open to a pre-built system if that would be a better deal performance wise for the cash.

Would greatly appreciate anyone kind enough to take the time to help me out!

Take a look at this build:

Total $449.93

Note though that this build should do okay with some of the newer games on low settings, but it's pretty limited in terms of upgradability.
