OS won't load after cleaning of cpu fan

Hi, my computer was heating up quite fast so I open up the computer and while using a screw driver to clear the dust, I hit the cpu below the fan, I am not sure if it damaged the processor but while I restart the computer, my OS fails to load, while I use the recovery key, I received read disk error. Then I use the CD-ROM to reinstalled my windows, the system is unable to load the windows saying that the harddisk or CD-ROM drive may not be connected properly.

I would appreciate if anyone can give me some advice to this, thank you in advance

I suggest trying to clear the CMOS jumper on your mother board and/or removing the CMOS battery, waiting a few minutes, and then putting it back in.
