PC Build- Budget $3000

Anyone want to take the time to build me a PC with at least just the i7-3930k, Corsair H100 (I am OCing), and NZXT Phantom case because of space reasons. I want something I wont have to upgrade for awhile....Budget = $3000, If you guys think I need to upgrade from any of the below please replace it. I am mainly going to raid World of Warcraft, (Hardcore raiding) and going to play some other games like Call of Duty, Portal 2 and some other high graphic games. again Budget $3000 at little over is fine as well!

What I already have:
2 Twin Frzr II 580 GTXs
Blu - Ray Drive Read and Write Samsung
128GB Kingston SSD
1TB Westington HDD 7200RPM

I'm trying to get the best possible Gaming PC for $3000

Edit: Those parts I already have from my last build + I have an addition $3000, I have Win 7 64bit on my 128GB SSD. All those parts up above I have right in front of me waiting to either be put in a case or I'm getting new vid cards depending on what you guys think I should get. I'm from the US so newegg or pcpartpicker works as well!

btw go 64gb with your budget, it's too awesome to pass out, you can make ram disk or something with it, and it gives you the freaking bragging rights ^_^

I have 32gb 8x4gb and getting a 8x8gb g.skill ripjaws in july ^_^. although I use mine for working if but on my gaming machine below on my sig If i were to use 8x8gb for 64gb I doubt my usage would go above 20% lol

IMO yuou got 2 gtx580 no need to upgrade, to gtx680 because it's not that great as it's supposed to be the 670ti but just labeled it to 680 because it's fast, go get a new gpu when the 780 is out or 690 or something. much worth your cash. and with the saved cash from here, and save up more until 690 is out go buy it, should give you a blasting awesomeness in gaming.
