intel E8400 3.0GHZ
General 450 Watt PSU
4gb ddr3 ram
Intel DG41 wv Motherboard

Please let me know wheter

HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6770 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

HIS AMD/ATI Radeon HD 6750 GPU 1 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card

are compatible with my configuration and which is better card. I am planning to upgrade my PSU, So please suggest one which go with the Graphic card

yes it will be compatible with your configuration hd 6770 is the better gpu and for brand go with sapphire.

600 watts will be more future proof and corsair will be the best product to buy at cheaper price.

So you are planning to get a new PSU, it's OK. You will have a better upgradebility.

Corsair is better, both Corsair 500W (CX500) and 600W (CX600, GS600) will nicely suffice the 6770. It depends on your budget on how much you will spend for the PSU.

EDIT: LOL sorry you have posted your budget. You may get CX600.

ur motherboard will be ok and it has an 2.0 x16 slot so it will be compatible even 1.0 pcie is also compatible
