Adding a computer to a wireless network

Hello,
the pc im trying to connect to a wireless network was previously on but when the OS was changed it failed to connect back on the network. what should i do?

What exactly is "failed to connect". What have you tried, and what happened? Is the wireless installed? Can you see the network in the list when you try to connect?
