I have cpu ga-p31-ds3l fsb 1333 ddrII 1066 e4600 2,4 ghz, and which is the best grafic card for this cpu

Well I feel sorry for you that it's quite low on today standards. You can get some 6670s by the way, the best low-end card which rarely will bottleneck Core 2s. Here:

By the way, this thing needs power only from the slot and the PSU must be at least have 19A on the +12V rail.

Ya the 6670 is the highest size card you can go to and not really get into bottlenecking. Maybe on some games you might get a little BN. Your CPU Core 2s just would not keep up with a higher graphic card. Good Luck To Ya
