SLI 560 ti Bottleneck?

I recently got 2 more 560 ti's for both of my machines to run SLI, my main machine running a 980 BE works smooth and clean.

The fx 4100 rig is not however, I only get around 30-50 FPS on BF3 and I think the CPU is being bottlenecked? Is there a way to fix this, or should I just put a better CPU in it?

I am running a single GPU GTX580 and my Core i5 2500k was at 100% most of the time, I switched to i7 2700k, my FPS went up and CPU usage is around 70% on all 8 cores.

Your FX 4100 would be a bottleneck for one 560ti not to mention 2.
