If our doing an upgrade then why not get a good brand psu with an amount of watts that will power most video cards so you have options.

SeaSonic S12II 520 Bronze 520W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply
$69.99

This would be a top brand and will power the medium model video cards.

CORSAIR Builder Series CX500 V2 500W ATX12V v2.3 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply
$59.99 and a $20 rebate makes the final price $39.99.

This is a decent brand psu and has enough watts to power most medium model video cards.

I maintain a list of recommended power supplies based on competent technical reviews published by sites that have the proper equipment and people to perform rigorous testing and in-depth component analysis:

Scroll down to the Corsair Section where you will find links to technical reviews of the Corsair 430 watt power supply you mentioned. You'll also find links to reviews of other brands and models.
