Light Gaming and HT PC

Hello, I want to build a HT PC which will also double as a flight sim (MS FSX & Pro Flight Sim). I want to use an AMD chip and ATI graphics. I am not so worried about the $ right now, just want to get good suggestions for MB, CPU and GPU combos. I am not interested in overclocking, nor crossfire (unless it will be an advantage). thanks for the assistance..

What do you mean "Fill out the link in my signature?" I looked at the "how to ask" link, and I am not asking for a lot of info. I am asking for suggestions from knowledgeable users as to the best combo of MB, CPU and GPU for a HT and flight sim PC. I dont care if the mb is not available (I am in the US) I will still look at the specs to see what people are suggesting.
