Is it possible to increase the earpiece volume. I have it set as high as it
goes but its still nowhere near as loud as my old 3330.

you can if u pull the keypad down and then push it forwards as hard as you
can until you hear a click noise, keep pushing till the keypad comes away in
your hand, then the volume should be sufficient.
