Any suggestions of things I can upgrade or downgrade and still stay around the same budget. Mainly I am going to be playing Diablo III and Starcraft 2 and maybe Star Wars

You could downgrade to the 2500k and save some money that way. You will not notice any difference in gaming with the 2500k vs the 2600k
