You don't need the extra case fans - the Switch 810 is a good choice but it's well ventilated as it is. 1250W is major overkill for a pair of 680s - they're far more energy efficient than previous generations.

Also you'd be wise to avoid the Velociraptors - just like the Revo Drive - they're an incredibly expensive, pointless storage gimmick that has a far greater chance for failure and offers no real advantages to a traditional SSD / HD combo would. Windows 7 Ultimate is also a huge waste, and with as powerful as the 680 is you really only need one if you're using a single 24" display or lower. If you're using multiple monitors then you would need a second. If gaming is your primary focus you'll never use 32GB RAM - that's a huge...

If gaming is your primary focus you'll never use 32GB RAM - that's a huge waste of money - put that elsewhere, on SB builds you only need 8GB, and on SB-E 16GB is the minimum.

Here's how I would spend $3K on a PC - and keeping the same case:

Case: NZXT Switch 810 - $169.99
PSU: PC Power & Cooling Silencer MKII 950 - $149.99
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth X79 - $319.99
CPU: 3.2GHz Intel Core i7-3930K - $599.99
Cooler: Noctua NH-D14 Socket LGA 2011 Edition - $95.99
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 - $119.99
SSD: 128GB Plextor PX-M3 - $149.99
HD: Samsung Ecogreen F4 2TB - $129.99
Optical: LG BD-R Burner - $79.99
Video Card: EVGA Geforce GTX 680 - $499.99
OS: Windows 7 Pro - $139.99
Monitor: ASUS VS248H-P Black 24" HDMI LED Backlight Widescreen LCD Monitor - $199.99

Total: $2,654.88

Use the difference to get whatever peripherals you may need (keyboard/mouse/speakers) - I don't include those on builds as that's entirely personal preference and I'm not usually one to recommend spending $100 on a keyboard when you could put that money into the hardware.

I'm drooling, that is a great setup. Not sure if you really need two 680's but hey if you can afford it more power too you. What about the SSDs and HDD though, is that enough space? It depends on how many games you want to have on your computer of course but if you can fit it into your seemingly limitless budget grab one of these for storage:

Good deal too.

why go with LGA 2011? LGA 1155 has more of an upgrade future with Ivy Bridge. Maybe Ivy Bridge Express will use LGA 2011 or maybe not, hard to say.

There is no reason to have 32 GB of RAM for gaming. 8GB is plenty.
Closed Loop watercooling like the H100 is really not very good for the price you pay for it. Get a Hyper 212 EVO and enjoy the same performance for almost 1/3rd the price.

A Hyper 212 will only get you so far in overclocking - you'll be able to reach about 4.5 max - if you want to go higher - get the D14 over an H100. It will give you the same results and air is far safer than liquid.

Unless you're doing some heavy-duty After Effects or something of that nature you'll never need 3TB. Sure there's no such thing as too much storage but that's usually been my case.

If you're going all out on this build I wouldn't skimp on anything that's all I'm saying.
