I put only one 4GB stick RAM to have the option to update later with another 4GB stick , because your mobo have just two memory slots.
If you have somebody in US it can be done better.
With 8GB RAM , Z68 mobo and 6870

I don't understand your exact question.

If you are looking CPU+GPU+RAM+Motherboard In that budget you do not need an i5, go pick out an i3-2100, a H67/H61 Motherboard, Some DDR3 4GB (2X2) RAMs, A 6850, should go around 25000 rupees.

H61 = 4000
i3-2100 = 7000
4GB DDR3 = 2000
6850 = 10000
Total of = 23000

You can even push up to 6870. If you tell me is the i3 enough? The answer is yes, even for 7970 it'll still be enough.

If you are asking for 25000 rupees Whole system, you can get 10000 rupees for peripherals such as case, PSU, HDD, ODD, etc, Buy a 5000 rupees processor such as Phenom II X2 or Pentium G840, An H61 4000 motherboard, some 1000 rupees DDR3 RAMs and the rest probably 5000 for the 6670 graphic card. I know this is not great of a system but this is what you would get in India for 25000 rupees.

However if you have 25000 only for graphics card, you have a nice budget and even you have an i3-2100, you still be fine until 7970 as I said before. You can pick (or most probably you have to wait) a 7950.
