Why does my pc bottleneck?

Hello,
I built a new PC in december 2011, it was on a budget but it still should bottle neck so easily.

Its components are:
i3 2100
XFX 6770
Gskill 8gb 1333
OCZ 500W
Foxconn H67 MB
320gb 160gb HDD

Windows 7 pro

it bottlenecks when Im using google crome itunes youtube what ever else im doing.

How can i improve the performance e.g. do i need to upgrade my cpu? or graphics card?

First of all, it would make sense for you to explain what you mean by "bottlenecking".

It means something to us that is different than whatever it means to you, I think, and I just want to make sure we are all on the same page.

Yeah... I don't think you realize what bottlenecking is. You wouldn't know it was happening. It seems like you have a virus, though. Run a virus scan.
