Is it two GTX 680? Please stop typing in caps.
April 19, 2012 3:51:12 PM

TAKE YOUR LEFT FINGER AND HIT THAT KEY RIGHT THERE, YEA THAT CAPS LOCK KEY Hit it yea there ya go...

Now two GTX 680's may hanlde that res, but.... With one you may only see 30-35 fps avg with 1 gtx 680 at that resolution

so one gtx 680 will handle how much resoultion and pls tell me about the speakers.
April 19, 2012 7:39:09 PM

I'm not sure what your question is about your speakers. Yes they will work, but maybe you shouldn't be buying such an expensive sound card for running a 2.1 setup.

Also, you should get an SSD and you don't need a 1200w power supply.
April 19, 2012 7:44:55 PM

LoL! I would wait for Ivy Bridge to come out, maybe next week is the release day. Get the Ivy Bridge 3770K and the get the MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H, these two should do the job. If you're planning to overclock the CPU or GPU the motherboard should be more than enough for you're needs. I read great revives about the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UD5H overclocking the I7 3770k they had some pretty good benchmark points. If you want a pretty decent overclock and quite air cooling for your CPU, I would recommend the Cooler Master RR-H612-20PK-R3. If you want extreme air cooling capabilities, I would go for Noctua D-14 it's a very quite and the performance on this thing is just unbeatable for overclock on air! but if you want to push the limits on the CPU, I would suggest to go with water cooling and water cooled your GPU too! DON"T GET CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES, THEY"RE LITTLE OVER-PRICED AND THE PERFORCE ISN'T THAT GOOD EITHER!

Why would you shop on EBAY? Try using Newegg, tigerdirect, NCIX USA, those where most people buy their stuff including myself. And they are also pretty trustworthy not unlike EBAY!
April 20, 2012 8:47:43 AM

ok what is a ssd?

secondly i am not overclocking anything
thirdly is my fan ok?
and what is the use of a ssd?
and pls tell me about my speakers
April 20, 2012 8:50:48 AM

solid state drive. Google Google Google Google Google Google
Ok you are not overclocking anything, then you have no reason to go for a K processor. In fact, if youre not overclocking anything, it is not the extreme build.
What fans? 212? Yes that cooler is great
What dont you understand about the speakers?

Why would you buy from ebay LOL?
April 20, 2012 10:47:46 AM

because i am india, guys my question about the speakers was will my 2.1 speakers setup give the sound of 7.1 sound card. And is ssd necessary.
April 20, 2012 10:48:49 AM

no ssd is not necessary
April 20, 2012 11:02:17 AM

so what is ssd really used for?
April 20, 2012 11:12:12 AM

ok. so about the speakers.
April 20, 2012 11:15:45 AM

^ Exactly. Lol all that trouble and turns out you don't need a soundcard! AYYYYYY
April 20, 2012 3:16:19 PM

Ok i am adding ssd , and i am thinking of buying 5.1 speakers and a asus xonar dg 5.1 sound card . ok all this is fine but about the resolution with gtx 680.
April 20, 2012 6:28:33 PM

LoL! This thing is funny, you obviously haven't built a computer before and you don't noting about them. Are you kidding me?!?!? if you're a first time builder, I suggest try build a middle class gaming PC, just start from the basic like everyone else did. Build a pc that would cost you about 1000 dollars and start from there, check out youtube videos how computer components really work and how to pick parts based on you're own needs man. Do some research about the specs of the parts, you're going for. DO YOU"RE OWN RESEARCH LEARN, IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR NEEDS. LEARNING IS A GOOD STEP TO TAKE BEFORE PHYSICALLY DOING IT. BELIEVE ME!
April 20, 2012 6:34:34 PM

This guy don't know anything about custom build PC. His also trying to build an "EXTREME PC," when his not planning to overclock the DAMN thing!      HELP HIM A LITTLE BIT MAN. LoL
April 21, 2012 5:36:01 AM

guys it was difficult to negotiate with my parents since 5 yrs i have been running this some what useful dump of core 2 duo i2@ 2.93 ghz, 4 gb ram, 1 gb 9400gt, with a damaged psu which gives you a good shock if you touch the damn cabinet case which is all black in colour . And i am thinking of getting i7 ivy bridge .
April 21, 2012 6:36:42 AM

Just one! READ THE DAMN SPECS MAN LEARN ABOUT THEM!! :D  :D  :D
April 21, 2012 10:23:33 AM

lets get clear with it. i will buy gtx 680 and other things and wait for the i7 ivy bridge. now can you guys tell me how to overclock your gpu because i am new to this damn word.
April 21, 2012 10:25:30 AM

Corsair Force3 120 GB SATA 6.0 SSD

what do you guys think about this.
April 21, 2012 10:27:20 AM

Wow dude...maybe stop ask random questions and use a search engine to your advantage?
April 21, 2012 10:36:35 AM

One is 3d vision 2...newer version. It says it IN the TITLE
April 21, 2012 10:39:14 AM

which one is the newer version
April 21, 2012 10:41:15 AM

The one that says "2"!!>!>>?????
April 21, 2012 10:50:46 AM

Yes...why not? Mate, as long as it's a monitor..IT CAN SUPPORT IT

Dude, you should do more research , no offense
April 21, 2012 3:03:42 PM

i just have one more question , i know you guys must have seen those cheap 3d glasses but when you buy nvidia 3d glasses which have black lens how does it look when you are wearing them.
April 21, 2012 3:08:56 PM

oh god i mean how does it look when you connect them to your pc and use them.
April 21, 2012 3:10:40 PM

do you know the release date of i7 ivy bridge.
April 21, 2012 5:21:33 PM

Maybe this week or next week sometime. But it will definitely be out before April ends!
April 21, 2012 6:32:07 PM

great, i would like to know the the max. resolution my gtx 680 can handle
April 21, 2012 6:48:38 PM

Here's the max resolution of the card: 2560 x 1600
April 21, 2012 7:19:08 PM

How much fps will i get.
April 21, 2012 7:30:06 PM

and will my 23' monitor be able to support it.
April 22, 2012 1:32:09 AM

Are you serious? Dude can you not read parts specifications? Instead of posting stupid questions here, you can look it up yourself if it's so simple!
April 22, 2012 2:16:57 AM

It can run every games on high settings, you would probably get 80 or 90 FPS .Not 100 percent sure, but some where around those numbers. The monitor should be more than enough.
April 22, 2012 6:34:35 AM

i have heard recently of i7 3820 , it has more processor speed , will ivy bridge have more processor speed than it.
April 22, 2012 8:14:23 AM

Nope. For an extreme PC build you lack basic knowledge of using a search engine.
lol this guy have some mental issues.
April 22, 2012 9:10:45 AM

Watch you tone constepatdyal :non:  . i was just asking, if ivy bridge will be better for overclocking or the other one. and i would also like to know . How many fans will my cabinet require.
April 22, 2012 11:37:55 AM

Recon uk thanks for your advice on processor, but on finding it on ebay.in it had only 3.30 speed while i7 2600k has 3.40 ghz without overclocking, but i have already mentioned that i always buy from ebay.in
April 22, 2012 11:39:21 AM

and if cpu case already comes with fans why do we buy fans separately.
April 22, 2012 12:52:12 PM

google is aweosme
/thread
April 22, 2012 1:01:26 PM

^Not really if PO is 1st time builder with absolutely no prior knowledge on anything.
April 22, 2012 1:55:33 PM

Yes, i am new in this field , but i would like to know what should i do with the fans which come with the cabinet case
!
