CPU Charts two years old?

I've been coming back to THG every few months for the past year checking to see if the CPU Charts have been updated.

Prior to the "most recent" chart that only tests minimal single-core x86 performance, the most recent CPU comparison chart dates back to 2010... ancient history in computer time.

Am I missing something? Looking in the wrong place, or has THG *really* not posted an updated CPU chart in over two years?

They have a hierarchy chart in the monthly list of best gaming CPUs for the money:

    But no up-to-date detailed charts.
  4. Just look at the chart here.
    http://www.behardware.com/articles/778-14/giant-roundup-168-intel-and-amd-processors.html
Intel's Sandy bridge processors are around 10% faster than the i7 9xx/8xx series per clock (for the same frequency).
And AMD's FX 8150 is as fast as a Phenom II X6 1090T.
I think i cleared it up for you a bit.

this thread made me scour the internet for charts...
this one is better than the Tom's version.

Tom's version is more up to date though. It includes Ivy Bridge CPUs.
