VGA on board unfunction

I got problem with my PC. VGA on board is unfunction.
I want to by a new VGA card. Can you recommend me for the price below $50 ?
Mobo Gigabyte GA-P31-S3G.
Processor Intel Core 2 duo.
RAM 1GB.
PSU Simbadda SZ-380Wp4.
