Random PC restarts

Hello everyone! I don't know why I'm getting these random PC restarts (no BSOD). I tryed to update the bios, unplug and plug all the PSU cables, clean all the dust, replace termoconductive paste, nothing worked. By the way, the PC could restart after 5 min i turned it on, or after 5 hours and when it does it restarts a few times in a raw.

Processor: Intel Core i7 920
Video card: Gainward GTX275 896MB

DIMM2: Kingmax FLFE85F-B8MH9 2 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8-8-8-22 @ 592 MHz) (6-6-6-16 @ 444 MHz)
HDD: WDC WD10EADS-00P8B0 (1 TB)
Audio card: Asus Xonar D2/Pm
PSU: OCZ Stealthxstream 600w
Optical: ASUS DRW-24B1ST

I also hear a strange sound from the HDD area, listen carefully at 0:10 (restart) and 0:44 (start up):

hdd failure wont cause pc to shutdown.

not windows updates are they?
check the event log under device manager. see whats there (if anything) and let us know.
