6950 in a Xfire setup?

I built a computer on Ibuypower many months ago. So far it hasn't impressed me a ton. I didn't do enough research. I thought about building my own again from scratch, and selling this one. However, I am wondering if a few upgrades would suffice to make me happy. Specs.

AMD Phenom II x6 1100T @ 3.7GHZ per core
1 x Radeon 6950 2 GB
Windows 7 64 bit Ultimate
Only 4 GB of RAM

Question is: If I put in another 6950 of the same model it looks like I should be able to max most games I play out. In theory. I'm having a difficult time figuring out if my CPU will bottleneck my GPU's though. I've looked quite a few places to find more detailed specs on the 1100T. Recommendations? Thanks guys!

first your specs are pretty good, the CPU is more than enough for CF and your card to max most games out as it is. CF would depend on your motherboard, check to see if you have dual PCIe 2.0 slots and if both can support at leas dual x8 speeds. If your other slot is only x4 speed then CF will not benefit at all.

Also since RAM is dirt cheap right now buy at least a 8GB kit, if not 16GB (not necessary but hey! its cheap right now)
