Bulding a new pc

hello guys i have some doubts regarding my pc and the one which i am going to buy.i live in india(kolkata).....


1.my rig is:-
Asus M2N68AM-PLUS(DDR2 1066)(nvidia 7025)
2GB DDR2 800mhz ram kingston
samsung 20' lcd monitor(sync master B2030)which has a litttle problem;it does not show the resolution 1600x900(native)
amd athlon x2 245 processor
UPS:-Frontech jill power 600VA(440w nearly)
sony dvd writer
seagate 500 gb hard disk

so can you tell me if i sell my rig then how much should i get?

2.i am also planning to buy a new pc;the specs are:-
asus 880G motherboard
4GB ddr3 1333Mhz kingston ram
1TB seagate barracuda 7200 rpm hard disk
samsung B2230 22 inch(1920x1080)
amd phenom X4 955BE processor
raedon 6850
ups:-apc 1100VA(640W i think)
so can u suggest me prices of the above specs and also i have a confusion among the graphics cards:sapphire readon 6850,GTX 550Ti,raedon 7770
and also please suggest me a good power supply(smps)
i want to play games like nfs run,BF3,ME3,skyrim,Crysis2,arkham city,Hot Pursuit 2010 all on ultra 1920x1080

3.my brothers got a sapphire raedon 66701gbddr5 and it has got a noisy fan and whwn that noise comes the game(ex-hot pusuit 2010)lags very much,fps falls to 18 and he has got processor of amd athlon 7750 dual core .





any recommendations will be helpful.........

I wouldn't pay more than $850 dollars (44k INR) for that PC, and it's also pretty poor for gaming, bad component choices. Of the graphics card, HD 6850 is the best out of 3, but it won't play all the games on ultra, no way. It will play some games on ultra, but not BF3, Crysis2, Batman arkham city. It might struggle on skyrim as well (bad CPU choice).

HD 6670 isn't a very good gaming card, it's a cheap card. I would monitor temperatures, and if it's not temperature issue I'd lower game settings.

Go for HD 6850 or a HD 6870 if you an afford one. The HD 6850 would be a bare minimum for that resolution.
A good PSU for that system would be a Corsair CX500 V2

Temps could be the issue there. Monitor it while gaming using a 3rd party tool such as EVGA Precision.
