Why is my gaming graphics became slow?

Why is my computer gaming graphics became slow after i removed my graphics card and re install back the same card that i have removed. i am using a gt220 graphics card and i have notice that my games became slower after what i did. Anyway besides doing that, i also overclock my cpu above stock speed just to test out the performance increased. I am using an pentium e5700 processor and a biostar g31 chipset motherboard with 3gbs of ddr2 ram.

Out things back at stock and see what happens.
Sometimes over clocking can actually give you worse performance.

Between your CPU and GPU you will always be running games slow no matter what your hardware is just real slow to begin with for running games.
