Need Mobo upgrade advice

Hey guys,

Just building a new gaming computer with a Sandybridge i5 2500k processor, HD 6870 GPU and Corsair vengeance RAM.

I'd just like to hear your opinions based on the overwhelming knowledge you guys seem to have about computers. I'm stuck between two mother boards, the first being cheaper and therefore would be my favorite choice thus far.
Anyway, here they are:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B005FSHIVG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE

And

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0054X4I4M/ref=cm_cr_asin_lnk

Is there really a huge difference between the two? Please lend me your thoughts based around the utility of the boards and the reliability of the manufacturers and anything else you deem important.

A quick reply would be brilliant, as I'm buying it all very, very soon.

Go for the ASUS. ASUS makes great motherboards, and they're all filled with features.
  2. That's great to hear. Cheers Gary!
