New computer. Need help.

Hey guys i was wondering if i can get advise in building a PC. I want to use it for gaming.
I wanted to build the pc around this case.

But i dont know where to begging with the parts. I have around 1000 to spend. any help

Parts Preferences: Intel and nvidia
Overclocking: Maybe.
SLI or Crossfire: Nope
Monitor Resolution: 1280x1024 60Hz but I also have an HD TV with a HDMI connection.
Additional Comments: I would like a cool and quite pc with improvement space for the future.
